TRUST is an international business challenge that puts you in real life situations where you will have to deal with multiple aspects of your future job. The seventh edition of the challenge involves many countries in four continents. It will take place from autumn 2009 until spring 2010.

The different TRUST stages may vary from one local Danone company to another. Each country can choose the format that best suits local needs. You can find more information on your country process by visiting the corresponding country page in the "COUNTRY ZONE" section of this website.

The standard process generally entails:

• The TRUST day (1 day) in which you will play a virtual business game.
• The Real Danone project (1 to 2 months) in which you will work with local Danone managers on a Danone project with both an economic and social objective.
• The International final (2 days) in which you will compete against other country winners in Paris!
